Prime Title maintains the base abstracts for nearly every subdivision in Lafayette and the surrounding areas, which includes the restrictive covenants and plats for those subdivisions. Upon request, we would be happy to provide you and your clients a copy of the restrictive convents and plats that we have on file for these subdivisions. Contact us for any such request.
Purchase Agreements

In the event that your transaction does not come to Prime Title through a lender, the following are items of information we will need from you and your client to open a file:

- Loan Amount
- Borrower’s Full Name
- Borrower’s Contact Information
- Borrower’s Social Security Number
