New Year, New Goals for Prime Title

By Paul Gardner | Announcements, Industry Topics | Comments are Closed | 5 January, 2018 | 2

The beginning of a new year is a time to reflect upon the successes and failures of the previous year. It’s also a time to set new goals for the upcoming year.

We’ve taken this time to set some goals for ourselves in 2018. It’s important for our goals to be specific, reasonable, and ambitious all at the same time.

We hope this article inspires you to write down some goals and pursue them for your business in 2018.

Grow Our Business

As one of the longest standing title companies in Lafayette, Prime Title maintains a great book of business.  But we can do better!  The title industry in this area has become highly competitive with more players than ever before, and there is only finite amount of business.  The only way to grow our business is to increase our market share.  To accomplish this, we must work harder and smarter and be more creative than our competition.  We experienced noticeable growth in 2017 over 2016.

In 2018, our goal is to increase our market share by at least 10%.

Invest in Customer Acquisition

Although home buyers can ultimately choose their title company, they often rely heavily on the advice of their Realtors and loan officers when it comes to making that important choice.  Therefore, our customer acquisition strategy will continue to focus on helping Realtors, lenders, and others in the industry to improve their business models.

Prime Title will invest more time and resources than ever before in becoming a truly valued asset to Realtors and lenders in Acadiana!

Increased Community Involvement

As longtime Realtor and Past RAA President Pat Olson put it, “Everyone can be involved in the community.  Acadiana has so much to offer, there is no reason to be bored!”  In today’s world, there are so many creative ways to engage our community.  Just recently, Prime Title reached out to some industry leaders and local celebrity, Cupid, to be involved in our 12 Days of Christmas in Acadiana music video. This video was a huge success that reached over 100,000 people in the Lafayette area through social media, and was featured on KPEL, The Daily Advertiser, and 99.9 KTDY.  It was amazing to see how this simple idea could bring so many people in our community together.

We will continue to be involved in our community in greater ways in 2018.

Create More Useful Resources

In 2017, Prime Title took major strides to involve, inform, educate, and entertain members of our real estate community through the use of social media.  We are taking it to the next level in 2018 with the theme being quality over quantity.  Our aim is to create one quality resource per month intended to help our real estate friends improve their business.

We truly want to see each and every one of you succeed in 2018!
